Meet Katrina, Office Manager at Red Badger Consulting Limited.
Firstly, a little about Red Badger Consulting, business transformation specialists. Red Badger was born and developed by Cain, Stu and Dave in 2010. They had a shared ambition to create a business that turned the traditional consulting model on its head: no sales team; no RFP processes; just great people doing great work that focused on quality, value and collaboration. So they left their jobs to turn the dream into reality and set up Red Badger. They opened their first office in 2011 and have since gone on to work with some of the biggest names in business. The likes of whom include Tesco, The Times, Sky and Fortnum & Mason.
Today we sat down with Katrina to find out a little more about her role at Red Badger Consulting and how Feedr has helped encourage people back to the workplace to enjoy fun, exciting and yummy group and event catering.
What does a typical day look like for you?
I don’t really have a typical day. Since the pandemic my role has changed so much. Everyday is different, which is a good thing.
What do you most enjoy about your job?
The flexibility and diversity of the role.
What have been the biggest challenges when trying to bring employees together/ back to the office?
People are still a little reluctant so we have started to do our company meetings hybrid, which have been going well hence why we signed up to Feedr as we needed some yummy food.
Tell us something about yourself that usually surprises people?
I am not that surprising, sadly, so not much to tell
What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this?
I would be a graphic designer. I really enjoy typography and art, so I would hope if I wasn’t doing the job I am doing now, I would be doing something artsy.
Now a little about Feedr and food!
What attracted you to Feedr in the first place?
The diverse choice of vendors.
Would you recommend Feedr to a friend or other office managers?
Yes!
What type of cuisine is your personal favourite?
Indian.
What do you look for in a good lunch?
Something which is tasty and will fill me up.
Who is your favourite Feedr vendor?
