Farmstand creates healthy, wholesome, farm-to-table boxes. From their breakfast menu, we particularly love their shakshuka: eggs poached in a sauce of tomatoes, chilli peppers and onions. And you can never go wrong with British free-range poached eggs served with roasted tomatoes (or sausage for all the meat-lovers) and baby leaf spinach.
SHOT is another great breakfast option for eggs. Their whole motto is “healthy eating does not have to be dull, confusing or tasteless” and their food proves it. Try the sweet potato hash with a free-ranged poached egg for a little something different, or if you like being #basic, just go for the salmon avocado toast with a poached egg, you can’t go wrong with that combination.
