What does a typical day look like for you?
A mix of chatting with the team in person and calls with external parties to execute strategic projects to improve marketplace, courier and vendor operations and expansion. I spend time shadowing everyone to get a good feel of what friction they experience and speaking to vendors and 3rd parties to understand their ops.
